It is finally my turn to return a positive test. Currently travelling around South East Asia, started feeling unwell (aching muscles, sore throat, cough) after coming back to Singapore from Bintan over the weekend. Showed negative on LFTs until today; my LFT this morning is showing a very thick strong T line.

Sorry to hear that and I hope you recover quickly. That's going to mess up your travels as you are stuck for 3-7 days now.

So, had my annual COVID booster today. Disappointingly, another shot of the Pfizer rather than the Omicron adapted Moderna.

There is a Pfizer bivalent vaccine as well as Moderna, are you sure that you didn't get the Pfizer bivalent version verses the original?

Good question. No documentation provided but the nurse who administered it used the words "The same Pfizer jab you had last year". I assume at some point it will make it into the Covid records I get from the NHS app on my phone.

You will have to look it up on the GP side, the COVID pass isn't clear on this point. So if your GP uses Systm1 then you will need to look at Consultations and Events, and the word "Omicron".

I don't know if this helps or not, but if I look in my NHS app, GP Health Record>Acute (short term) medicines, mine says:
COVID -19 Vaccine Spikevax 0 (Zero)/O (Omicron) 0.1mg/ml dispersion for injection multidose vials (Moderna, Inc) 0.5 ml intramuscular 0.5ml

The NHS COVID travel pass does not have this level of detail for me. And if I have missed the point it wasn't deliberate!
