convert twa into Hilton honours Points?

I'm thinking that since I don't fly twa or AA that often that I should go ahead and transfer my 11,000 aviator points into 22,000 hh points. I would only get 11,000 points if they were American. Is this a good move?

880 -- You can convert 10,000 Aviators miles into 20,000 HHonors points, and your 1,000 leftover Aviator miles would go to AA. Whether 10,000 potential AA miles is more (or less) valuable for you than 20,000 HHonors points, is your personal decision and should be based on your travel patterns.

880,

Since the AA miles never expire (as long as you have some sort of activity once every three years), what is the rush to dump them?

If you have the ability to earn another 4000 TWA miles (transfered from Sheraton, Membership Rewards, Diners, etc.) you may want to do so and cash in for a short TWA trip. That actually might be quite valuable once AA takes over their routes.
