TWA/AA Lifetime Miles

Don't know if TWA keeps track of your lifetime miles. I have a whole bunch of them lifetime on TWA (somewhere around 300,000 I think). I wonder if they will get recorded toward AA lifetime miles, or only the TWA miles that are in your Aviator account, and actually transferred over to AA? Any thoughts anyone?

By speculation, only the available miles. AA is buying assets from TWA, not a true merger. So I expect that the computer will record (as it does for any other source of miles) the number that you transfer into the AA program. Can't imagine (again, just by speculation) that they will give credit for lifetime accumulation.
