TWA's new website
I was wondering if anyone else dislikes the new TWA website? The site rarely even prices out fares for TWA in my market but rather gives me NW and DL fare quotes so what is the scoop on why they went to this new one? Thnks in advance.

I haven't had a problem yet... purchased one r/t ticket and then had it refunded the next day after my trip was postponed.

Yeah, I wondered about that. Are they trying to put themselves out of business? Why offer to book your competitor's flights when they're cheaper than yours?

Bostom: Reminds me of the movie, "Miracle on 54th Street" (or something like that). Macy's Santa Claus sent some shoppers from Macy's to Gimbles due to Gimbles' having certain product available at lower prices.
In the movie, the Gimbles manager became mad because he thought Macy's was building customer trust, loyalty, and confidence by sending their shopper's to Gimble's. Thus, he did the same and sent folks to Macy's.

I can't wait until they allow you to do award booking on the web. I hate sitting on hold for 30 minutes while the agent tries every day in a 3 month period, trying to find a flight with TWOne award seats available http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif.
Of course, the search that takes the agent 10 minutes will take me 2 hours with a web form.
