TK cancelled part of Code Share

Hi
TK have this am cancelled part of my Business Class Flight from Stansted to Sydney in late September 2026. The route includes Stansted to Istanbul (TK), Istanbul to Abu Dhabi (TK) and Abu Dhabi to Sydney (Etihad). This morning they have cancelled the Istanbul to Abu Dhabi section only quoting 'force majeure' and offered to amend this flight or cancel. The Stansted to Istanbul and Abu Dhabi to Sydney Sections doesn't appear to have been included in this change. Clearly this doesn't make sense given the flight from Abu Dhabi to Sydney hasn't been cancelled. None of the return flights (same route in reverse) in November have been affected at this point either!
I appreciate its a code share flight in conjunction with Etihad but was booked direct with Turkish under one booking ref.

Before i contact Turkish Airlines i wondered if anyone has experienced similar and what the outcome has been / how i should perhaps approach this?

Thanks in anticipation
Tim

Obviously you can rebook the entire outbound journey despite not being able to do it online. Just contact your local TK ticket office in the UK for assistance/rebooking.

For now there is no hurry to do so as currently you have a fully flexible (and refundable) ticket. The monent you rebook that flexibility is gone. So I suggest to sit tight
