Operational Change. One time free change not working.
Hello. İ have an itinerary booked TUN-İST-CMN. Today I got an email notifying me of a change in flight time from Tunis to Istanbul. İn the app, it says I am entitled to cancel or to a one time free change.
I have had similar situations on Turkish before, changing my departure city free of charge last year.
However, this time the app is quoting me a price for changing my flight. Even if I change to another flight departing Tunis it is quoting $1 payment.
Has anyone else had this issue trying to use a free flight change?
