Need urgent help:Turkish messed up my booking
Hi,
I did a award ticket booking on TK website for TK flight Delhi to Rome via IST. The flight I had chosen was 6:55AM from Delhi to IST TK0717. After making payment I got an option to upgrade the ticket (4 passengers-incl infant) to business class at 60k miles, I opted for the same.
The sytem just upgraded one leg of booking ie from IST to Rome for 45K points and changed my Delhi to IST flight from 6:55AM TK0717 to TK717 6:25AM.
I called up customer care and explained the scenario, they were not at all supportive and didnt believe me.
Not sure what can I do now. Del to IST business class upgrade option is also not available now :-(
Requesting if someone can guide me what can be done in this case now.
