Need urgent help:Turkish messed up my booking

Hi,

I did a award ticket booking on TK website for TK flight Delhi to Rome via IST. The flight I had chosen was 6:55AM from Delhi to IST TK0717. After making payment I got an option to upgrade the ticket (4 passengers-incl infant) to business class at 60k miles, I opted for the same.

The sytem just upgraded one leg of booking ie from IST to Rome for 45K points and changed my Delhi to IST flight from 6:55AM TK0717 to TK717 6:25AM.

I called up customer care and explained the scenario, they were not at all supportive and didnt believe me.

Not sure what can I do now. Del to IST business class upgrade option is also not available now :-(

Requesting if someone can guide me what can be done in this case now.

Usual advice is to phone again and speak to someone else (HUACA).

You should have the original tickets with the original flight plan, if its changed you can get them to change back but its likely they will say submit a contact form
