Suggestion for long transit
I have a long layover from 15h00 to 02h00 on my upcoming flight heading back to Taiqan. It seems that there is no airlines tours in the evening right now. I qonder if anyine auggesting going out to the city or it is better to stay inside the airprot.

I thought Tourinstanbul T6 leaves at 16:00, and T7/T8 leaves at 18:30, or do you mean there is no availability ?
I'm doing a similar transit to Taiwan next year, specifically booked this just so that I can do a quick city visit, and since it's an Aeroplan ticket I wouldn't qualify for Tourinstanbul. I am planning:
- Metro (hopefully the M11/M2 station will be open by then) + tram to Sultanahmet
- Visit Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia
- Spend time at Cagaloglu Hamam (60 or 80 Euros package)
- Catch a Whirling Dervishes live show ? (Not sold on this one yet)
- Grab nice dinner
- Catch a Havist bus back to airport, aim to arrive by midnight
