Business Class Award Availability IST-ARN Non-Stop
Oneworld flyer here looking to transfer Amex miles to redeem on Turkish as above.
Been searching availability but seems no non-stop available at all. Is this generally true?

Yes. As a frequent ARN-IST, IST-ARN flyer, I haven't found any award seats on this route for many years now. But they do release some married segments from ARN, so you might be able to find e.g. ARN-IST-ATL in business even though ARN-IST isn't available.
