Any Number to Contact to Recreate Online Fare?

In the process of trying to create an itinerary based on information I discovered on ITA Matrix, I eventually gave up and decided to try using the multiple destination feature on the Turkish Airline website to see if I could get a cheaper fare than what was being shown for the round-trip itinerary (over $2600.) It turns out the "trick" somewhat worked, as I was able to see results and select each of the flights one-by-one for a total of $2072.80... however that was where my luck ended, as I was unable to click through and continue on further. I could understand the inability to book the fare if I were using an OTA that hasn't yet received the most up to date or accurate information, but this is the company website (and mobile app) and my expectation when using an airline's official resource is that I can book any fares it shows.
Anyway, my question is if anyone is aware of an office I may contact who can assist me in recreating the itinerary and exact fare I see on the Turkish Airlines website? The alternative is to use a travel agent (Propeller Travel seems highly recommended) I guess, but I'd like to avoid the fees associated with that option. Here is the itinerary if anyone would like to see if they can try to match the fare. The TL;DR version of it is (Dec. 19) ATL-> (Dec. 20) IST->BOM and then (Jan. 2) BOM->IST->ATL.
