ET Business in P class now credit 100% to TK MS?

Do you think, since my ET 'P' ticket was booked when TK was still showing 'P' as a status/bonus miles earning class, I can get the miles for my flights? Escalate it perhaps? Or should I just write it off as a lost cause?

Most likely you will not get anywhere with TK.
Trying to explain a TK agent that for very limited time you saw ET P class as being eligible for M&S miles when all the agent is able to see on his/her screen is that P class does not and have never earned M&S miles, will be very much uphill.
