Problems trying to upgrade?

Nice to meet you!
I m gold member in MilesandSmiles (Turkish Airlines) with around 100.000 miles to spend.
On May I booked a ticket with Lufthansa Premium Economy from Shanghai to Frankfurt with class E.
I tried to upgrade it in business class but the "Star Alliance Upgrade Award" form always have the same problem (inventory not available lh/511).
How can I upgrade my ticket?
Only going to Airport?
