Has TK finally given up on MEX? Altitude problems and such...?

This is extremely welcome news. I didn't see that posted elsewhere. I assume then that's one daytime slot and one midnight slot? Really hope they upgrade that night service to 77W at some point.

Turkish Airlines Delays Luanda Launch to Jan 2015

Turkish Airlines has delayed planned service to Luanda, due to start from 17SEP14. The Star Alliance member has rescheduled Istanbul Ataturk Luanda service launch to 04JAN15, as the airline removed the flights for travel between 17SEP14 and 31DEC14.

Planned schedule from 04JAN15 as follow.

TK555 IST0050 0745LAD 332 37
TK556 LAD0135 1030IST 332 14

The Incorporation has decided to start operating scheduled flights, based on aircraft availability, to the cities Kherson of Ukraine and Bari of Italy.

Kherson (near Crimea)

Turkish Airlines from 15OCT14 introduces new service to Ukraine, with 4 weekly Istanbul Ataturk Kherson operation, on board Airbus A320 aircraft.

TK471 IST1235 1415KHE 320 x124
TK472 KHE1515 1720IST 320 x124

Service also operates with A319 on selected dates.
