Can I realistically make a 60 minute connection from a TK Asia-IST flight in business class to a KL flight IST-AMS, also in business class, with no checked luggage, assuming that both flights are on time?

Tight, but yes. You will have to clear transit security but should be a breeze with a J ticket.
