Ugh wish this thread was more active. In case anyone sees this though, does anyone have a contact number for DFW that actually works?

Arrived at DFW three days ago, did EOA for the kids ... or so I think. Their status still shows "conditionally approved." How long should I be patient before I start firing off emails and/or calling the DFW enrollment center?

Two weeks.
This is a national #, 877/227-5511. Best time to call is 8 am Eastern Time. Alternatively, if you live close to DFW enrollment center, stop by and inquire. |

Just hit the two week mark, with no update to their status. Previously, CBP had replied to me saying to email them back if I have not heard anything within four weeks. Not quite at four weeks yet but now that it's been two weeks, I called the DFW enrollment center and at least this time was able to leave a voicemail at one of the numbers. So who knows what will happen now, I guess we just hurry up and wait. So ridiculous. When my wife and I did our approval the first time we received our cards within 2-3 days of our interview.

Also having no luck reaching the DFW center, found this thread trying to get answers. Our daughter's has been sitting conditionally approved after her interview on arrival for 4 months now. Going to try the national number.

I got through today by calling 9724562290. Picked up right away and solved the problem. Super helpful. The issue was the photo didn't turn out but they were able to use an old photo they had on record from the passport, big relief there.

Hi there. Does anyone have an email address for CBP's Montreal pre-clearance/enrollment upon arrival office?
Interviewed there, had some issues with capturing my fingerprints and I'm still only conditionally approved. My wife was interviewed before me and got approved within minutes. |

The only publicly available contact information for the Montreal Enrollment Center is a phone number: +1 514-420-5151.
The CBSA lists an email address in their NEXUS contact information: [email protected] Luckily, they answered. So, the agent on the phone said that he cannot say anything because for privacy reasons, but he did ask we remember the name of the agent who interviewed us (we don't unfortunately). But let's see if that will trigger something. |

Many thanks! We've just called a number we found online here .

But let's see if that will trigger something. Problem solved - got my approval! Before departing for Europe, I stopped by at an enrollment centre. Explained my situation to the guy managing the line and the waiting room who took my passport and handed it to an officer. After waiting for a good 30 minutes, I was asked to come inside. Explained the situation to the officer who then informed me he can't find any traces of my interview. Just like it never happened. Luckily, he was able to squeeze me in and interviewed me again. Approval came in after an hour or so. |
Had my interview 2 weeks before at a local facility in the city. I did not hear back from them. When I log into TTP, It appears as though no interview happened. The status hasn't changed and still says only conditioning approved. What do I do next?

Still no word on my wife's Global Entry status after our interviews on Sunday. Mine was approved while we were sitting there, the agent said one agency hadn't responded on my wife - all the others had and everything was good. But still nothing.
So, since they don't answer the phones, emails or messages I thought I'd ask here - is this normal (not getting approval right away) or was my getting approved right away the oddity? Not going to panic yet, but concerned because of the lack of ways to communicate with them. What was your experience??? |
