The CBP officer said we should get approved within 24-48 hours, but it has now been 5 days. I tried calling the Dulles enrollment center but it just goes to voicemail. Any ideas? Keep waiting? Stop by in person? Was hoping to get approved before a trip next week.

To follow up on my own post for anyone finding themselves in the same situation, I ended up stopping by the Dulles enrollment center a few days later while flying through the airport. Basically, one of the officers said the interviewing officer submitted the fingerprints and then went on vacation before approving the application, and I should expect the approvals within a few days of him returning. Which is what happened - got the approval 8 days after interviewing. I guess we just had bad luck in our draw and ended up with someone on their last day before heading out for their days off.

Hi,

I had Global Entry for the last 10 years. Since it was set to expire the end of the year, I had applied for renewal and got the conditional approval. On my recent return from the Dominican Republic, I did Enrollment on Arrival i@ IAD about 10 days back. I have not received an email or an update on the TTP dashboard.

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to find out the reason for the delay? My wife did an EoA in April @ EWR. There was an email the next day to confirm that it has been approved.

Thanks

Just an update. I did send an email thru the TTP Dashboard. It took CBP a couple of days to respond. Right after that I received an email indicating change of status and received the approval.

YVR Enrollment center closed

Hi there,

I did enrollment on arrival at YVR late October. Officer said it would take about 2-3 business days for approval. It’s been more than a week now and I checked my application and still says “conditionally approved”. I called their enrollment office but unfortunately the office is closed indefinitely. I called SFO enrollment office and they said they can’t do anything about it since I did my interview at YVR. Can’t tell if my application really still processing or officer just didn’t press ‘approved’? Feeling stuck :( I have an international trip coming up in 2 weeks and would have really loved to get my approval by then.

New application data point: Arrived into ORD at ~13:00 a few weeks back (13th October) and after proceeding with immigration, asked where I needed to go for EoA. Once cleared, you immediately turn left after the booth and walk straight and it won't be too long before you see a small sign indicating is where you queue. I had six people in front of me with two officers conducting the interviews and it took roughly 40 minutes to get seen before an officer called me up - straightforward enough, asked a few questions, took my picture and asked for my passport. By the time she'd said I was good to go and turned to leave, the queue was about 15-20 people long; this seems to be one of the busiest periods of arrivals for the airport so would suggest being brisk off the plane if you arrive in the early afternoon and intend to do your interview here.

Unfortunately I was one of the unlucky ones and after two weeks, started attempting to chase up via phone. To save anyone else time in case you also need to chase up, you'll have the best luck phoning (312) 542-5700 (I did it something during the morning in CST), going for option 0 and then asking to be transferred to supervisor Coble. I was redirected and they asked for name, PASS ID. some verification questions to ensure it was me and a phone number to follow up on. I received an e-mail the next day saying that my application status had changed and I'd been approved. Phoning the number provided for O'Hare at here was fruitless and the one time I'd gotten an answer, she hung up after I asked if I could get any assistance regarding my interview. Perhaps it was the accent :D

Updates, so instead of calling the 1800, I went to the interview on arrival line @ SFO this past Saturday. The super friendly agent said I already did the interview, and he had no idea why I wasn't approved yet. However, he can't approve my request, instead he said he would email the EWR agent about it. Then this monday morning I received an email saying there was an update on my case, and viola it is now approved!

Global entry approval after interview?

My wife and child got their approvals within a few hours after their interviews. I’ve had several days since my interview and haven’t heard back yet. The officer said I was good and would hear back within 24hrs via email. What do I do to follow up? Thanks!

Interview 2 months ago

Interviewed in ATL on my way back from Mexico on 8/13.

Followed up 8/27 and was told check back in a month if no news. Sent email follow ups 10/11 and 10/26.

Nothing. Still showing conditionally approved and no record of interview online though they acknowledged my interview by email.

How can I fix this?

Not sure if you were able to resolve this yet or not, I would call in to the ATL office.
I had the same issue where I did mines at IAD and was approved immediately when I called in and said I did EoA.

Arrived at DFW three days ago, did EOA for the kids ... or so I think. Their status still shows "conditionally approved." How long should I be patient before I start firing off emails and/or calling the DFW enrollment center?
