New TTP Web Site Account Not Showing My Global Entry Membership
I recently converted my GOES account into a TTP account through login.gov. However, after updating my passport number and dates, I only see my Nexus membership. Global Entry is not appearing at all. I tried contacting TTP support, but the replies I’m getting have nothing to do with my question. No telephone number to call, so I can’t confirm my Global Entry membership status (haven’t flown anywhere recently).
Has anyone (or everyone) had difficulty converting their Trusted Traveler programs to the new TTP system? |
You cannot have active NEXUS and Global Entry memberships at the same time; your GE membership was deactivated when you activated your NEXUS card. Global Entry benefits are included with your NEXUS membership.
