Global Entry Document questions
Since I did not receive an email notice, what do I need to bring with me to the interview? Just a print out ofthe page with my appt on it?
Also, damn weekends are hard to get appt. Checking daily and I see dozens of near week appt open up but so far no close weekends in DC.

Here is what they asked me when my renewal was approved last year
You must bring the following original documents with you to the enrollment center:
A valid passport. If you travel using more than one passport, please bring them to the interview so that the information can be added to your file. This provides you with the ability to use either passport at the Global Entry kiosk;
A permanent resident card (if applicable);
Documents providing evidence of residency. Examples are: driver's license (if the address is current), mortgage statement, rental payment statement, utility bill, etc.;
If you are a UK citizen and applied for Global Entry, and you are not a U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) you must bring an original copy of your ACRO Disclosure Certificate (police certificate) to the interview.

My status is currently interview scheduled. I will still bring a copy of my application, and printouts of the various pages. Another agent gave me a number to call that deals with the website but it was unavailabe and the voicemail was full. I called Baltimore and the CBP agent there said if I can find it then bring it but that it is not the end of the world if I don't have it. Just bring what I can. I will continue trying to get ahold of the number I previously mentioned.

Don't you have a message about it in your GOES website inbox?

From the conditional approval letter which I received a few years ago:
[Y]ou must bring with you the following original documents to the enrollment center:
To the best of my recollection, the only thing that the interviewer did with the conditional approval letter was to circle the Known Traveler Number.

OK, finally got a hold of someone at the phone number. He said basically the same thing, that the Confirmation Letter is not essential. He said the most important thing is the passport. I still plan on bringing a print out of the main screen and the interview schedule screen. Even if they are not needed, better safe than sorry when I am driving 4hrs.
Also, I just got an appt. at Dulles on Sunday 6/5 so I am happy. I think any sooner than that for the next weekend would be unlikely, but I will still keep my eye out.

Keep checking, you will be pleasantly surprised. This coming weekend is Memorial Day long weekend; some may want to play instead of going for an in person Global Entry interview.

Also, guess what JUST showed up in my account, the damn confirmation letter. Apparently, that letter is significantly delayed (by about three days).

Multiple people are quoting the old approval letter containing the following - beware that this is outdated:
If you are a UK citizen and applied for Global Entry, and you are not a U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) you must bring an original copy of your ACRO Disclosure Certificate (police certificate) to the interview.
This no longer applies: if you applied via the new UK home office system, you should have entered your Home Office approval code during the GE application in GOES. (In fact GOES shouldn't even let you apply without this code unless you're an LPR.)
All I had to show was my approval letter, passport, and permanent resident card with my residential address (for a different European country where I currently live).

The conditional approval letter can be accessed by clicking on the link in GOES and then selecting print. Your "message inbox" on the site should show a conditional approval notification and on the right you will see a blue button that says "read notification." Once clicked, you can then print.
I submitted on 5/13 after, was conditionally approved on 5/19, original appointment at Dulles Airport was 6/27, then after some refreshes I picked up 6/17. Then I got serious and did some reading and figured out how to make my computer "watch" the calendar for May and alert me when there was a change. Last Saturday an opening came up for 1:15 today (5/24) and I'm about to leave now for my appointment
