It would appear as if this is an iOS exclusive app. :(

Try checking morning of the first Monday of every month.

In an effort to better serve the traveling public and improve transparency, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) will release interview appointment slots for enrollment centers on the first Monday of every month by 9 a.m. local time.

This interview thing is absurd as there are no interviews. This is disgraceful government mismanagement. Is there a good summary somewhere about how to get an "interview upon arrival"? I have a few international trips booked for the next few months and that seems like the easiest approach (assuming that approach actually works). I'd also be willing to stop in at Customs before my domestic flight and just ask for an on-the-spot interview is there's a plausible chance that would work. This is just for a renewal.

For renewal you can do an interview online using zoom, so I really don’t know what you are ranting about.

Are there interviews for zoom now? When I looked 3 days ago, there were zero interviews available. There were nearly zero in-person interviews as well, except a few on the Mexican border. Is there some alternative place to look specifically for some sort of "renewal" interview -- not what shows when you click "schedule your interview" on their website?

We have a thread on this topic:

Yes, keep checking.

Thanks. It's absolutely bizarre to me that the Feds have managed to turn the Global Entry interview (which, from prior experience, isn't generally an interview at all) into a time-wasting game where you have to "win" Global Entry.

For renewal most people do not need an interview. If you have been selected for an interview it is typically because something in your renewal application has triggered it - usually on of the countries you have listed in your travel history over the last 5 years. I suspect in my case it was the inclusion of Cuba that promoted an interview.

There is no winning involved, and the interview is usually pretty straight foreword part of the renewal process. If you find this all too much trouble, just let GE lapse and go back to using the normal lines.
