I'm at 229 days now. I emailed and asked if staff were at least working from home processing files through a porthole or similar. I got a standard reply along the lines of. "The offices are closed" So I'd take that as No they are not processing any applications which really sucks because us August renewals will probably be bounced right back to the bottom of the pile again once this is over.

There is a report in the Global Entry - processing timelines of first time applicants [US citizens & LPR's] thread of a conditional approval received on March 26.

Good news! I thought that maybe since the offices were closed to the public. That maybe renewals were not being handled as well behind closed doors. Well today 234 days August 11 2019 to April 1 2020 I did get approved for renewal with no interview! So the rest of you August 2019 people still in the line. Hang in there!

Just got an approval today without additional interview.
Renewal applied: 2019-08-12
Approval: 2020-04-03
Total wait time: 235 Days
I had to update my documents at the Nexus Enrollment Center at YYZ while the renewal was pending. They were able to update everything without issue.

I reapplied for my father in Toronto (Nov 2020 expiration) and this may be the fastest time I’ve ever seen.
Renewal submitted - April 8, 2020
Approved - April 9, 2020
No interview required...just waiting for the new card to activate.
I applied Jan 28/20 and still waiting. I’m on the west coast.
Edited to make clear distinction this is a renewal application.

No interviews. Seems fairly consistent with many on this thread. At least they are still processing renewals in these strange times!

Submitted renewal: April 25, 2020
Full approval (no interview required): April 29, 2020
One thing I noticed: the renewal letter in the TTP portal had the address of where I had my initial interview appointment (Warroad, MN.) Is that just a standard boilerplate thing, or does that office have to do something to approve registrations? Wondering if that has anything to do with the different timings or not.

Same boat here
on the West Coast here and have a similar situation.
had two appointments canceled for March and then April for Blaine Washington state enrollment center.
try today to set up a new appointment and it says it’s unavailable for the rest of the year. Will keep trying to find it but my two other choices are downtown Los Angeles or Vancouver BC.
was able to make an appointment up in Vancouver BC middle of September.
so not too bad just about another hour away from Blaine Washington.

Seems to be the case for many NEXUS locations. Not only end of year, but even a year out. There were plenty of appointments when I scheduled my now-cancelled appointment in late March. Even with the backlog, I find it hard to believe they had enough conditional approvals in the last month to tie up interviews for the next 22 months.
I suspect they've just marked a number of locations as "unavaialble" for the time being.
