Sunny and 30c today, only rained twice since arrival four weeks ago, been fishing, lazing in the garden watching my grapes swell and tomatoes grow (after a bit of early work before it gets too hot) and drinking wonderful wine at very decent prices and having friends round in the evening for asado - no commuting or alarms for me - it's a hard life.
PS - watching decent footie as well!!

Great report and I read it with zeal since I am taking my first BA FC trip next year..... but what I was a little "shocked" at is how close the FC seats seem to each other... the cabin looked cramped. Is that just the photo or was I wrong in thinking there would be more space around each seat.

david4455 in answer to your question.Yes the cabin does look a bit cramped in the picture and in reality it is a bit, but not enough that it should worry you.
I was in seat 3A just enough forward of the seats in 4E/F to give that feeling of having more space.I suffer a touch from claustrophobia but never gave it a thought.Don't worry the seats are big with plenty of personal space not to give you that feeling of being enclosed.
Personally I wouldn't thank you if you said I could have the "prized" seats in row 1 at the front every time - for me row 2 is the best then row 3 but that subject has been an ongoing subject for discussion on the BAEC forum for ages.
