I've started to look into EVA as an option using the AA codeshares specifically for the Evergreen Deluxe class seats. Can someone clarify for me:

-Is the entertainment, PTV screens in the seatback in front of you? or just a large projection at the front of the cabin?

-Is there an AVOD system, or just movies on a loop?

-Do the seats have legrests?

-I've seen photos of BA WT+ and SQ exec economy, but none of ED...

PTV screens, say 4-5 inch LCD screen in front of you, movies run in a loop and seats have legrests. 2-4-2 configuration

I actually flew the daytime flight out of LAX (BR 11) in December '04. However, I haven't gotten to writing a trip report, and I left the menu in Taiwan.

It might be hard to get Evergreen Deluxe seats through the AA codeshare, because I think they are only available to full-fare Economy Class passengers. However, I could be wrong.

Check airliners.net. There are some pictures of ED.

It is my understanding that Deluxe is not available on an AA ticket.
Perhaps with full fare, or some other fare class, but that is all pure
speculation on my part. If you want AA miles, you'll probably have
to sit in coach. Anyone with other experience?

EVA Deluxe seems to cost between $100 to $200 more than coach
r/t, if your ticket originates in LAX (and not the other way around).
