Pitigliano is one of the famous Tuscan towns and known as Little Jurasalem.
The view from the parking lot is nice.
You have to drive this curve. I saw 2 motorcyclists failing (one was friving in a house, the other felt on the street - both not injured)

Orvieto - Parking
Did he lost his mind? Parking? In the case of Orvieto parking is indeed special. Orvieto is located on a rock plateau. While it´s possible to drive through the old town (or near to it) we didn´t found a parking space in the center. We took the parking garage which is located "on ground level". But you mustn´t climb steps to the center.

Orvieto - Duomo
The Duomo Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta is a gothic masterpiece. The facade is impressive.
Inside it´s also beautiful decorated with extensive frescos and marble.

Orvieto - Bar Gelateria Pasticceria Montanucci
We stopped at Montanucci which was recommended in our travel guide.
It was OK to sit down for a moment and the gelato was pretty good, but nothing special.

Dinner was at the Rosewood. View from the semi-outdoor area is nice.
