I wish I could write TR's like this. Excellent thanks! I was lucky enough to visit Bethlehem, Ramallah and Hebron 14 years ago for my work. Such a beautiful and important place. My hosts also took me to see the important sites. I also remember having the best bread and hummus I have ever had in a small restaurant at Beit Jala. The wall was nearly complete back then and it was sad to see it carving up the olive groves and this ancient land. I will return there one day with my family. It is one of the places everyone should see.

Incredible report, all about places I've longed to visit for some time. Even more than visiting them all though, I wish I could write like you, brilliant.

Hi stevebintley thank you for reading, for commenting and for the kind words. I write because it's a nice way of passing time and if I see that people enjoy it too... all the better!

Enjoy your TR. A very sobering piece! Thank you.
My one week in the Holy Land was in 2012. Much had changed. At that time I particularly enjoyed the visit to Masada, Haifa and the walk on Via Dolorosa.

Fantastic report! The way you write is as amazing as the content, and had me laughing, for example how you described the descent into london as 'the soup over london,' and the moaning in the cabin and wailing of kids etc.! All those English lessons in school...

Really enjoyed this. Like you I did a trip to Jerusalem and the West Bank in 2019 and really enjoyed it. Lots of history and politics. As you say, neither side holds the moral high ground.

Thanks toothy for reading. Indeed, everyone's a sinner as a famous Bethlehem native once (sort of) said.

Nice trip report 13901. Shame you missed out on the 350 and the Club Suites, but there'll be loads of oppourtunities to fly it in the future.
Great photos from Bethlehem. I went a few years ago on a day trip from Tel Aviv - would love to go back and stay there - the Wall Hotel looked amazing! $60 is a bit pricey for a dorm though.
