ChristianKiev Since you have been to Bukhara far more times than I have so I will completely respect your opinion but I personally don't think it is the best restaurant in Delhi. Have you tried Indian Accent @Lodhi which in my opinion is better and maybe the best restaurant in Delhi currently. Actually, I like the restaurant at Andaz Aerocity better than Bukhara. Maybe Bukhara is the best known restaurant in Delhi but as of late I think there are better options.
Yes, I can confirm that this time we also had a discussion about the quality and taste of the food at Bukhara. Don't get me wrong, the Dal is still outstanding, the Paneer very good, but especially the meat dishes were subpar. We compared the photos of the chicken with what was served 2 years ago - and it even looked very different. We thought the quality wasn't the same anymore.
Other very good restaurants in Delhi came up. And the actual quality of Bukhara didn't justify the immense price difference compared to others.
