Boarding: We had to get on a bus to board our plane. Unfortunately, the ground A/C unit was not functional so it was very hot in the plane. The pilot finally explained the situation only a few minutes before take-off. We taxied around the airport and eventually went back to the gate area. The brake warning light came on when we left the gate. The brakes were inspected and fixed. We took off an hour and five minutes late(4/10).

In-flight: It was still warm and muggy in the cabin. It started cooling off about halfway to LIT. There was no explanation from any of the crew. The FAs were not friendly and took their time in serving beverages. The seats were uncomfortable which is expected in this type of aircraft (5/10).

Arrival: The flight arrived 50 minutes late. It took some time for ground personnel to put in a "walkway" from the plane to the
jetway. Passengers deplaned in an orderly fashion (3/5).

Overall impression: It is understood that flight delays happen. However, keeping the passengers informed would have been appreciated. The FAs could have been friendlier and the cabin could have been cleaner(12/25).
