Thanks for the great report! My very first flight, while not on a 737, was on BOAC...the summer of 1974. Haven't thought about that in many years.

Thanks for all the positive comments! I took the time over the weekend to review the video I took; not great quality shooting through a plane window but I managed to splice something together:

Nice to see G-DOCW did this flight, my most flown ever plane at 7 sectors. Sorry to see the 737s go.

Seconded, I'm a big fan of the Boeing 737 having flown on every series from -100 to -900 (BA -200 and -400). Can't get excited about the Airbus short haul fleet, especially more so after the recent cabin re-fit.

Great report! I'm embarrassed to say that I had no idea BA was (then) still flying the 734. I thought they were retired years ago!
