Am I being unreasonable in expecting a business environment in business class? I flew back from EZE in the back row of C on AA in a 777 which has virtually no bulkhead to the first row of economy and had to listen to the screaming babies (plural) in the first row of economy all the way to MIA.
I just came back from MAN on a 767 in C and had a screaming baby one row IN FRONT of me. I wrote to Gerald Arpey to ask if they could ban kids under 6 in business class - same way that they ban kids under 16 from exit row, and he told me no.
If I were making a fool of myself on a plane, the FAs would probably cuff me and put me in the galley or a toilet. Shoudln't there be explicit rules of accepted behaviour for parents with screaming kids?

Welcome to Flyertalk. There is no more endlessly -- or fruitlessly -- debated topic on Flyertalk than what to do about kids on planes. After thousands and thousands of posts (do a search) there's just nothing more to say.
What is AA supposed to do about kids you overhear in a different cabin / class of service?
