Broken suitcase

Hello guys,

on my last flight to SIN my suitcase (inner life got broken, minor external damage) got broken. I did write a damage claim to the airline (Thai airways) but as of today I did not get any response. Despite that my credit card company is willing to pay me the repairing/or a new suitcase if it is irrepairable.

Yet the credit card company needs a written confirmation of an authorized suitcase dealer that the suitcase is either repairbale or not. Does anybody know an online dealer, who writes such confirmations (suitcase is irrepairable...) w/o asking too much (without beating about the bush )

regards,
flo
