In the past, a few times TG BKK-NRT only 2-3 pax up front in a 744. However, my best-ever flights were UA JFK-HKG nonstops seven years ago with only me and maybe one or two others in downstairs C. Talk about a haunted cabin!

Back in 1980 or so I was flying MSP to EWR on NWA on a late night flight. We were in a jumbo -- I think a DC-10 and maybe they were moving it. Anyway, 5 passengers, none in first, all moved up there by the flight attendants.

Within the US: 5 (including myself) on a UA 757 between SFO and LAX.
Within Europe: Just the wife and I flying BA Club Europe JER-LGW (35min flight). Also had a group of four FTers in IB Business Class between BCN-AGP
Internationally: Nothing remarkable. Maybe 4/14 is the lowest I've had on a flight where I've been in F. I was on a BA flight in J and I noticed there were more than the usual complement of cabin crew on the lower deck. I asked what was up and was told F was empty. J wasn't that busy and during the flight the cabin crew asked if I wanted to go up to the F cabin so we went up there and chatted for some time. Helped break up the monotony of the flight a little

About 2 yrs ago, BWI-CLT on USAir, I sat in my favorite 2D in F, the only passenger on the entire 737. Me, 3 FA's and the flight crew.

No NR's? Before 9/11 whatever seats were not filled if F were filled w/Nr's. When I worked for CO I was totally spoiled. I started working for WN (thanfully) after that, so no chance for upgrade, but man, I got spoiled THEN. Are they sill allowing NR's to sit in F? Anyone know?
