Cancellation - What are my rights
Hi
My flight from London City was cancelled due to fog and non arrival of the airplane.
I was put on a later flight that day although some in my group had to travel at their expense to Birmingham. Is that kosher? Doesn't the airline have to pay for any additional expense due to a cancellation?
Are we entitled to any other compensation or is it a "not our fault" situation?
Is there a site or webpage that can inform us of our basic rights.
