I tested flightaware once from my airport hotel watching my NW CRJ-200 landing. Flightaware was about 5 minutes delayed from actual touchdown.

I've noticed the graphical flight path results from flightstats.com and flightaware.com don't always match up. Any idea which one (or another site, if neither) is the most accurate? One of them (flightaware, I believe) has lines that are a LOT less straight, but I don't know if that means they're more realistic or just all over the map inaccurate.

Flightstats is a great site, I usually go on there about once a week, I've never been to flightaware though, how do they compare with flightstats?

www.flightview.com does international tracking. I was just tracking my wife's CO flight from EWR--BOM yesterday night. The good thing about this site is that you don't have to keep refreshing your web page, the "Go Live" will do it for you ^

Have you tried <www.flightradar24.com> ? It covers Europe and the Persian Gulf.
