Can I get a US Credit Card?
I started travelling frequently for business to the USA in 2006. I have stayed around 150 days this year. I never stay more than a month at a time so I'm on a VWP.
So is there any way for someone like me to get a US Credit Card?

It's pretty much impossible unless you have a Social Security Number, which you won't be able to obtain if you're travelling under the WVP.
Even if you do have a Social Security Number (e.g., from a previous stay on a work or student visa), there are numerous challenges associated with getting "credit."
