Consistent business/first product?

Consistent business/first product?
Some comments on this SQ thread has gotten me thinking.
Does any airline, other than small one with single aircraft type (and not many) have a totally consistent first and business class product on all routes and all flights?
I can't think of a major airline like this off hand.
