a good book about SABRE
access to SABRE is now mine and I think it would be a great help in building runs. i checked amazon.com for a "sabre for dummies" type book and came up with nothing. can anyone recommend a good book or website that covers SABRE?

But FWIW, the IMAGE program that AS uses is much more user friendly.

Please forgive me for an OT question...
How did you get SABRE access? Did you sign up with a host travel agency?
IIRC SABRE does offer some type of free training for new TAs ... I know that there's a training manual, but there might also be an actual seminar in your area.

I find sabre's Format Finder really useful. It allows you to quickly look for Sabre Commands by category and has some good examples.

As for the original question, Sabre has a set of training CDs that are very dated but very helpful, I pretty much used them and the Format Finder to get up to speed.
