I helped someone who is a little nutty (and who was ready to pay $159 for lack of a credit card and PL ability) get a PL room. The individual was very grateful, but this hotel no longer comes up for me.

Are you thinking that Priceline is somehow blocking you out from getting that hotel now?

Yep, this is one of the solution for #1. Some hotels have limited their TVs volume to half the maximum volume after 9-10pm. I've found them mostly in Japan, probably because their hotel rooms tend to be smaller.

But apart from this, very seldom for me to encounter such problem with noisy guests... wonder why...
