Virtually There and Infotriever

My travel agency (Navigant) uses Virtually There to send my itineraries to me. There's a piece of software called Infotriever that allows me to download itins to my Outlook calendar by clicking a button.

Pretty cool. Anyone else use?

I've always relied on virtually there as an assurance that my itineary still exist. Sometimes when I get a little anxiety regarding my flight reservation, I have always rechecked everything on virtually there.
