Need help with trip...
The girlfriend and I are looking for nice romantic spot to take a vacation over Christmas break. Somplace tropical with clear waters, warm temps, etc. I'm seriously considering asking her to marry me onb this trip, so a good spot to propose would be nice to. Not sure if I'm asking in the right forum, but any good websites with reviews or anyone that's had a good personal experience with any place. I'd like all inclusive, but wouldn't mind eating out either.

You might get a better response in one of the other forums, such as Travel Buzz. Trip reports, as highlighted above, is for posting of reports "after" your trip.

Pattaya is NOT the place most people would bring a girl to whom they were going to propose marriage. The town is quite honky tonk - lots of girls bars and drinking - and the water quality at the beaches is iffy. If you are considering Thailand, Samui or Phuket are much nicer places to bring a prospective fiancee.
