Baggage issues?
Ever wondered why baggage/seating issues on flights cannot be improved?
We are a small group of MBA students at the Kellogg School of Management who are working on a project to develop new ways of improving the airline baggage and seating experience. We would really appreciate your honest opinion and valuable input from your past flying experiences.
