Availibilty Tool

Hey,

I know that many fares ("Q" and "L" in particular) have advance purchase restrictions. When the advance purchase date has passed, and there are still seats left in that class, what would the availability tool show? I think it would show QC or LC but im not sure.

Thanks

It may be airline specific, but for many (most?) airlines, it would continue to show the number of seats available, up to the maximum that the particular airline shows (usually 7 or 9, I think). Obviously, since the advanced purchase requirement could no longer be met, this inventory would only be available for passengers ticketed on other flights in the same inventory who are changing their itinerary.
