Sorry, I havent flown them yet, but I have some tips/comments:
The seat maps are online at their website www.etihadairways.com
Dubai - Abu Dhabi is in a bus
They look like a fair airline. 2x2x2 in J - better than EK and PTV in all classes. Good Signs ^

You 've got to bear in mind
that Etihad do not fly to Dubai, only Abu Dhabi. If you're flying economy you'll have to catch a (free) coach to DXB (I think it's about an hour and a half), in biz and first there's limo service. I've got a flight on them on Friday and will try and report back with experiences, even if I'm flying in C so some of it will probably not be much help to you.

I flew them a while ago from London to Abu Dhabi. 2-4-2 if I recall in Y. Not the greatest airline on the planet - think of them as half an Emirates although having said that, the service was better than my EK flight the next day out of Dubai.
