Yes, it does what the website says it does.
Some of the data isn't readily available other places, at least all in one place.
Depending on you, you may feel it is too much money for nothing, or just fine value for the money.
All of us wish AA hadn't shut off access to PNRs, but it was obvious from the first day that they would have to do something due to the internal nature of the comments.
I wish the developer improved the entry screens so you could easily go back, change one thing, and keep going, instead of starting over again. And like forcing you to type the entire date with year in, instead of assuming the current year. The screens all work, but they don't retain information from screen to screen.
I also wish the developer would ask me for enhancement suggestions... there are a LOT of ideas that mileage runners would like to do to add on to this program.
In my opinion, a single use of the site on a ticket purchase has the potential of saving you the entire year's fee if it shows you a low fare you would have otherwise missed. On the other hand, for those of us that work dozens of fares an hour, the screens aren't "user friendly" enough, and there are a bunch more features that should be added if they really want FTers to fall in love completely.
