I wouldn't get too excited about this "threat." Besides the fact that the CIA can't verify whether it's from Al Qaeda or a non-terrorist trying to influence the election, it has no specific information for you to act on.

I have not seen this video but I heard about it. What do I think? I have wondered if the NYC subway, after just celebrating its 100 birthday, would be a sight for an attack like there was in Madrid.

Since I don't know, I'll just go about doing what I do everyday. Living.

Don't forget, the explosions in Spain happened on the 11th with the elections scheduled for ( and held on) the 14th.

So that's 4 calendar days prior.

Which means that an attack on Saturday the 30th would follow the same pattern or timing.

Illogical non-sequitur? On the above non-domestic item independent of "this 'terror warning'", the Administration spin is just that -- namely spin. After all, tons of plastic explosives are still unaccounted for -- even if one bought the Administration's version of reality/spin. First, the Bush Administration was peddling "the Russians got it right before the war" and then it was "US troops destroyed it". Even then the type and amounts of explosives were different and distinct from what the IAEA had under seal.
