Question on Gulf Air

hi all,

i will be travelling to india from florida and on my way back, i spend a night at BAH before heading back. My travel agent insists that gulf air will take care of the visa and the hotel reservation. how do i confirm this?

can anyone share some experiences they've had with gulf before?
