One of the worse was NW in the late '80s. Maroon. All maroon for men?
As for OZ and brown, it seems to have rubbed off on PW (Precision Air of Tanzania). Yes, very '70s.
OS? Red is one of the national flag's colours. I guess they could have chosen kaisergelb. KQ also has chosen red but a less brilliant tone.
Horizon (QX) has the same. I'd mandate cotton and other natural fabrics for cabin crew but durability and wash 'n wear issues come into play. Forest firefighters wear cotton for a reason - it burns cool, turns to ash rather than melt and stick on your skin.

Finnair is still in a 1950s timewarp too with dark blue military style uniforms, those small hats for women, and navy leather gloves for them too. It rubs off on other Finnish airlines because the internal commuter carrier Golden Air and a low-cost that operated there last year called Flying Finn also have/had these features as well.
