TSA Survey update
Things are not as bad as people fear -
Current Airport Security Survey data shows that 75% of respondents rate TSA screeners as polite & 73% as professional. Security processing time has dropped from 21 minutes in wave 1 to 18 minutes so far in wave 2.
I expect the times to go higher again as we approach the summer with families traveling with too much stuff. There is also likely to be a decline in satisfaction with the screeners who will be obliged to do more searches.
