"In the Realm of Jet Lag"
Interesting essay on the effects of severe jet lag in the NY Times Magazine today, 03/07/04. It's taken from a forthcoming book, "Sun After Dark: Flights Into the Foreign", by Pico Iyer.

He does a good job capturing the surreality of the jet lag experience. Worth a read, IMO.
