Help! MIA Advice Needed!

Ok MIA experts...I need some advice please

Mi suegra (mother-in-law) is going to meet us at Miami International next week. She is arriving on Mexicana Airlines at 7 p.m. from MEX while we are arriving a couple of hours later on UA from SFO.

I'm guessing her Mexicana flight will arrive at Terminal "E" and she'll clear immigration and customs there. Any idea what kind of lines she can expect in the early evening?

So after she clears MIA's immigration and customs, where would be an easy-to-find spot at MIA Terminal "F" for her to wait for our later arrival on United?

Thanks all!

I would not expect a long waiting time. Most planes from Europe have already landed. She should ask for the 2 (customs/immigration) forms on the flight and fill them out.

I am at MIA frequently, but could not point out a place where you could meet her other than in the MIA HOTEL at concourse E.

I found this:

Restaurants

The "Top of the Port" Restaurant is located on the 7th Floor of the Airport Hotel, offering fine dining with spectacular views of the Airfield and the Miami Skyline. The Poolside Snack Bar, on the 8th Floor of the Hotel also features panoramic vistas with both indoor and outdoor seating. Other Restaurants include Burger King on Concourse "E", "D" Level 2. La Carreta, for Latin food, at the entrance to Concourse "D", Casa Bacardi at the food court Concourse E and Chilis Too Restaurant in Concourse G level two. There are two Ice Cream shops throughout the terminal one at Concourse "E" and one at "H" as well as small ice cream stands inside several concourses. There are numerous cafeterias and snack bars located throughout the Terminal, Cocktail Lounges are located at every Concourse and in the Hotel Lobby on Level 2 and on the 8th Floor. You will also find gourmet coffee stands throughout the terminal and concourses.
