I don't know if you would be charged a "paperticket Fee -- usually $25.00) depending on the circumstances.
If the flight was canceled and you needed an endorsed ticket to take to UA or AA to take one of their flights to continue your trip it would be n/c.
probaly depends on why you need the paper ticket.

You can make an e-ticket into a paper ticket, but not the other way around.
