Well...
You could go to Cinci and have a meal at the Montgomery Inn which has incredible bbq ribs and is right on the Ohio River. Bring your appetite.

Keep in mind that the CVG airport is not all that close to the city of Cincinnati, and isn't even in Ohio for that matter. It is about a 25-30 minute drive each way from CVG to downtown and except for the ribs at Montgomery Inn, as mentioned, there is not much else worth while. If your looking for an economical time-waster and/or you don't like good ribs, just catch the shuttle to the Marriott at the airport and have lunch.

The art museum in Cincinnati is ok. I went there once during a long layover.

Due to bad weather, I once had to spend the night in suburban Kentucky by the airport.
Before I left on my flight to Zurich, I stopped for a bowl of famous Cincinnati chili.
Then I flew over the Atlantic.
Big mistake!
